In the rural setting of Kivennapa, surrounded by the peace of nature and lake views, thoughts flow freely and the team can focus on what matters. Our landscape hall, renovated in 2024, a genuine panoramic lake-view hall, is suitable for meetings and training sessions for up to 100 people. The space can be divided into smaller sections, so the atmosphere remains suitable even for smaller groups without having to give up the view.

We have also considered seating comfort. The chairs have padding both on the backrest and the seat – “these are comfortable to sit in all day long.”

We offer ready-made meeting packages either for the day or with overnight accommodation, depending on how much time you want to reserve for shared development and recovery. Coffee service and meals are arranged according to your wishes.

We were here for our workplace well-being day. We got to enjoy really good food and service in a naturally beautiful location. The place is well suited for this kind of event and, for example, for organizing weddings and other family celebrations. It was nice to visit. Have a great summer, Kivennapa!

We offer ready-made program packages also for management and supervisor strategy days. The content of the days focuses on building a psychologically safe work community and developing interaction skills.

The day is led by Kaisa, who has the proper licenses and expertise.

Trainer:
Kaisa Pietilä is a training psychotherapist with extensive experience in building psychological safety in various communities and operating environments. Currently, Kaisa works as a work supervisor and training psychotherapist, runs a private practice and provides customized training for different communities.

The program is planned together with Kaisa according to your goals for individuals and groups. We can also spice up the program package with, for example, stand-up comedy during dinner – Request an offer for the full package from us!
